Speak at TEDxNuremberg

Every talk on our stage starts the same way — with someone deciding their idea was worth sharing. Here’s exactly how it goes from there, and where things stand right now.

02 How it works

From idea to red circle.

Five phases, from the day you hit send to the day you step into the spotlight. This is the same journey every TEDxNuremberg speaker goes through.

1
Phase 01 · Application

Send us your spark

Tell us your idea — however early, raw or unfinished it feels right now. We’re not looking for a polished talk yet, just a spark worth exploring together.

2
Phase 02 · Curation WE’RE HERE NOW

Every idea gets a real read

Our curation team reads every single application closely — looking for original thinking and a genuine point of view, not credentials or polish.

3
Phase 03 · Selection

You meet the team

Chosen speakers are personally invited to meet the organizing team — the people who’ll be with you every step from here to the stage.

4
Phase 04 · Coaching

We shape it together

Weeks of one-on-one coaching with our speaker team turn your idea into a talk — tightening the story, sharpening the delivery, finding the moment that lands.

5
Phase 05 · The stage

Your idea catches fire

You step onto the red circle in front of our community and deliver your TEDxTalk — live, recorded, and ready to travel far beyond the room.
