Half-German, half-French but definitely 100% Cosmopolitan. Cedrik Neike’s professional career started with an apprenticeship at Siemens. As a tech-enthusiast, he then studied Mechanical Engineering and Finance in London, and finalized his academic path with an MBA at INSEAD.
From there, his professional journey led him to Cisco Systems and straight into Silicon Valley and the fast paced world of IT. After having worked 16 years for the American-based company, he surprisingly came back to Siemens.
Presently, he is a Siemens board member and CEO of Siemens Digital Industries, where he is able to turn his passions into reality by accelerating digital transformation across all sectors and industries.
Cedrik’s TEDxNuremberg talk will include deep insights on the factories of the future, cross-industrial approaches, and how this knowledge can impact environmental and organizational sustainability.
